I started Beyond Film School with no film experience. I took the leap and never looked back! One big takeaway from being apart of Beyond Film School is that people in the industry want to share their knowledge, and every conversation you have can lead to your next gig, so don’t be nervous that you’re just starting. They were in your shoes at one point too.

In two days I knew everything I needed to know to start my career as a Production Assistant. Amber makes learning easy and welcoming. We learned about the tools of the trade and the vital communication skills everyone needs. Even after the course she’s been giving of her time helping me continue in my film career.

Thank you Amber for always trying to hook up your alumni with gigs. Beyond Film School has definitely opened up so many opportunities.

Had an AMAZING first set experience working as AD on this Proof of Concept. Amber’s training gave me the confidence to put myself out there. I felt that I knew enough to be useful on set. She gave me some info and tips that proved invaluable. Just me saying, “Ok, every one, silence your cell phones” got everyone thinking I knew what I was doing. Amber, I wouldn’t have had this opportunity if I hadn’t taken your class. That was the best decision I’ve ever made. Thank you!
